As in the twenty or so other territories covered by the Club des Villes de Terroir, a number of restaurant owners in the Bourbon area have grouped together to offer menus du terroir at a price of 15 to 25, composed around regional products. Chicken Bourbonnais with Charroux mustard, Apple and Black Pudding Tatin, Bourbonnais Paté... are some examples of the dishes served at their tables. Saint Pourçain wine and Bourbons bread are a perfect accompaniment to these menus designed to give visitors a taste of the finest local food.
